Ah Ha, so thats why my four year old says my hair looks so sparkley, its the camera's fault.
And by the way, a UV haze filter, with color correction, works wonders on a digital camera.[8D]
Stay Frosty,

I bet a dime to a donut that those staff pictures were taken with a digital camera. You can always tell a photo taken with digital by the discoloration in caucasion skin tone. Perhaps someday digital will be worth the money, but not yet!!

I never said my photo was in there, those are the staff photos for TRAINS Magazine. [;)]

Regretfully, I don't have an "official" photo on file. However I didn't let that stop me. [:)]

Well done, Dave! Somehow I've managed to stay out of this as well. [8D] We lucked out, since we're not officially on the TRAINS staff. We're in that gray area that protects our identity.

Regardless, I'd rather post more photos in News Wire than a photo of myself. That way, when I roll up to the Rochelle Railroad Park with a pizza from the local Pizza Hut, noone will recognize me (they'll just wonder who the fool is with the pizza). If you haven't tried it, I'd highly recommend it. We call and place our carry-out order shortly before we exit I-39. Pipping hot pizza and lots `o trains. What could be better? [8D] I guess the only way you'll recognize me is if I'm with my partner in tomfoolery, Tom Danneman - whose photo is in the TRAINS listing. Too bad, Tom. [:D]

Thanks, Kathi.

This seems to be a real nice forum; well-designed, easy to use, and very interesting people and topics.

Hey, yinyang,

You're absolutely right; those images were taken with a digital camera. (So that explains why my face looks like that—well, at least in part...)

I see you joined the list today. Welcome! Hope to hear more from you!

I bet a dime to a donut that those staff pictures were taken with a digital camera. You can always tell a photo taken with digital by the discoloration in caucasion skin tone. Perhaps someday digital will be worth the money, but not yet!!
