A interesting find

Not a rumor, I was looking up a website (Http://www.trainscan.com/news/scan/s109/index.html. In this website a small, little news brief appeared. The information is old, but very eye opening. It stated an alliance between UP and CPR. It talked about trackage rights, etc. Can anyone tell me about this or anything concerning this issue??
