I think you are operating under a bit of a misconception. Assuming there is even an actual bid process the bid packages were allegedly going to be sent out in July and weren't to be returned for at least a month.

Bids on who CP is going to lease it`s D&H were supposed to have been in on July 7th,and does anyone know who had the highest bid?
