Well i had to cut a person out of a pick-up after he went one round with a 430,000lb locomotive. the gates never even slowed him down. I had no sympathy at all.

The idea of personal responsibilty seems to be like the Confederacy, "Gone with the Wind". Look at the millions of dollars juries are handing out to smokers because, of their own free will, they smoked four packs a day, and got lung cancer, or the latest, suing fast food joints because eating their foods made them fat. Anyone who trys to outrun a train at a crossing is an idiot. Gates, bells and red lights will never stop the clown who is bound and determined to go thru' that crossing. People need to get back to the idea that everyone must take responsibilty for their own actions.

I suspect our troll has no real interest in railroading or crossing safety..I came to this conclusion by reading his topics as he has no idea what he is saying and continuously puts his foot in his mouth and makes a complete fool of his self...I think he is a very young and fooli***roll that needs to learn the art of trolling and debating such matters..I will no longer waste my time with his unlearned and foolish rants..

STOP,LOOK LIVE! Is the rules to live by. Flashing red lights means STOP! A TRAIN IS APPROACHING! Lowered gates does not mean ONE CAN DRIVE AROUND THEM.

STOP! LOOK! LIVE!. Four letter words you can LIVE with.

Ignore them and you can DIE by them.

The biggest thing about this guy and his mistakes is they are not his. he sees a chopped up news article that some mother did. then goes out and post it on her site, then has people like the m&m twins post it here to amuse us. People in the know see thru this and tell them where they are wrong. nothing he post is his words but straight from another site.( this makes him twice as dumb) I personally dont feel sorry for him, if he wants to keep fooling himself then he will fall for every scam out there, I am amazed he has money for the computor he uses, In other words dont believe everything you hear and dont believe everything you read from a newspaper. (exspecially a news paper) . The internet is a big library of imformation and not all of it is true. He needs to quit being brainwashed by the self serving and listen to the masses. If there is 100 people who say something is a lie that there is no way it could happen then why would one person believe a mother who sole perpose is to not take resposibility for here sons mishap and make money from it.

In short I Know how electricity works I have known for years not to stand bare foot in water and not to grab a bare electric wire. I dont think we need to sue the electric company cause they didnt put a warning sticker in front of my house telling me that electric could kill me and a web site by someone to brainwash me into believing that electric company are murdering den of theives that all they care about is making a profit instead of putting a man in the house to make sure i didnt do things that get me killed and wait a minute I think i have a money making idea going here!!!!!!!

My belief is simple, sorta like ironhorseman's. If you let a fool play around with a loaded handgun long enough, at some point in time, they will shoot themselves in the foot. Of course, missouri would have to take his out of his mouth first....

99% of us understand you, wabash, and play by the rules. It's the other 1% who never take responsibility, it's never they're fault always someone else. This guy who puts this stuff up eats, sleeps, and breathes this topic all day long. I'd hate to be in contact with him on a daily basis. That would be depressing. He probably has no friends. He won't talk to anybody, he justs posts and posts and posts. He claimed he was on a jury, but just because someone was on a jury does not make them an expert on anything, except THAT case ONLY if you pay attention and think critically. I doubt he really was on a jury, he's just saying that to LOOK credible. But if he really was then he was fooled by some hotshot lawyer.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Wichita State University and have been through classes in all aspects of the law from policing to rules of evidence in a court of law to corrections. I know lawyers like to pull tricks and point out techicalities and twist the law to bend to their favor. It's almost always the defence lawyers that do this. It's all about who can put on a better show. The CJ system in America probably needs a major overhaul and this question has been presented by the teachers in every class I took.

One example of "IT'S NOT MY FAULT SYNDROME" happend in Wichita when a little boy was struck and killed in a city park by car. The boy's mother started a campaign called "watch for the kids" and had these street signs put in every park in the city that included a picture of here son. A lieutenant in the police force, who was a guest professor for one of my classes, stated that the slogan should be "watch YOUR kids" pointing out that the mother did not want to take responsibility in the fact that she didn't know where her son was and wasn't watching out for him; in other words: parents shouldn't have to be responsible for their kids but that this responsibility should rest solely on the drivers.

Reguarding the presistant grade crossing accident posts: he believes that people should not be responsible for looking out for trains, but that train drivers should be responsible for looking out for people, that the railroads are methodically committing murder, and that this is somehow a government conspiracy.

Yeah, and I go to Mars on my flying saucer everyday to visit little green men. If it were up to him all trains would go 10MPH and stop at every crossing. Or would he eliminate all trains altogether? No, cause then our highways would be clogged with those evil and dangerous trucks. Maybe we should go back to hauling all our commerce by ox and cart. Instead of driving dangerous SUV and cars we should all walk everywhere. Ground the airplanes. Can't fly those. They're deadly when they crash. Let's just do completly away with all technology and bring the whole economy to a halt just so we can satisfy ONE PERSON.

(P.S. - let him keep posting, when someone is making a fool of themselves the best thing to do is just stand back and let it happen. anyone with any sence will see it for what it's worth.

My opinion is there should be gates and lights at every crossing. We had crossbuck protected crossing at the bottom of a hill, that I always dreaded. Dump trucks came slowly uphill out of a gravel pit to that crossing. I was never happier than when they installed gates and lights on that crossing

Ok I Know I Broke my word that i never do this but I just wanted to see what the hype was. I went to the angels propoganda on tracks or something like that site to see what it was about. the following is my view point of the self healing and get rich type format there.

1) the owners of the site had a child a young male who was driving friends around who came up to a crossing that they been over several times. Now a 16 year old boy with buddies in car is not paying attention to driving he is showing off. If the truth be known he was probley speeding and trying to beat the train, and lost. then they won a 5 million judgement and now she ask for money and holds rallys to get money to preach about how bad railroads are. take your money and are gone. (operation life saver does the same thing only they dont take money from anyone) How come the other kids in the car that lived never gave their opinion on what happened. If this there mothers way of healing the loss of her son then so be it.

2) The owner of said site also states that lights and gates would be at all crossing that they would be safer. In another study it showed that gates are more dangerous because it slows cars down so it takes longer to get by the gates increasing car train wrecks. Again self satisfaction to get their opinion across.

3) In other post it said that if gates was up some of these wrecks would not have happened when the cars ran into the train. If the driver would have been paying attention to what he was doing he wouldnt have hit the train. Also they want lights and gates up at all crossings ( said it before but ) they say no stop signs. I believe that it is federal law that all crossbuck crossings will have stop signs and at all crossbuck crossing cars will stop. I see people run these stop signs what makes you think they will stop at lights and gates?

4) they want people to donate if you give money you get a pin be a spoksman for them. with people like the m&m twins here doing their PR for them who would want to join them. All I can say is that you 2 have set them back if they had anything going for them. It is a brainwash site i wont revist and i have proven them wrong before with there jumbo post of bull.

the fact is nobody cares we know who is right stop look listen and live. It is amazing how it works. just ask all the drivers who are still alive. my kids know this and they are alive.
