Livery question

Is there currently a locomotive going around with a livery painted to recognize the United Nations?

Last night well after dark, I saw this locomotive on the point of a freight crossing a grade crossing with a logo that had the leaf clusters similar to this:



And from the 3 blocks away distance with the darkness, it was hard to tell what it was supposed to mean.

Cadillac also uses this design in it's logo, so maybe it was a GM thing?
