Toads To Operate a Pool

It seems a new career opportunity has hopped up in Houston over night, due to heavy rains.
The Uniheads, a non profit, non religious, cake and strawberry loving group of railfans, wants to hire toads to operate their computor response pool.
"Hey, they are cheap, easy to find, and work for almost nothing but a few crickets" said a Unihead spokesperson this morning.
"Every time it rains, we just go out back, and pick up all we need"
When asked why they felt toads were a good choice for a computer pool, the spokesperson responded, "Well, we dont let them respond to all the copmputer generated information, we only allow them to respond to the M&M postings on the Trains.com web site"
But why toads?
"Because we tried chimpanzies at first, but they were too smart, and their responses made more sense than the original posting they were answering, and they kept getting into the cake and jelly beans, you ever see a chimp on a sugar rush? We still haven't found the TV or the stereo!"
"Then we discovered that toads had a knack for responding to the M&M stuff perfectly, after all, the brain of a toad is about the same size as the brain of the author of the M&M garbage, so it kinda fit, a toad answering a toad."
Any problems so far?
"Well, the only drawback we have noticed so far is that the toads keep hopping into the street, and getting croaked by cars, but oddly enought, they never seem to hop around railroad crossing gates, even those with bad sight lines. We haven't had a single toad squashed in a grade crossing accident yet. I guess they can read the logo: Look, Listen and Live, and understand what it means."
"Which, of course, puts them a little above the people they are hired to respond to, but hey, its only common sense, and it seems the toads have an edge, so to speak"
"And as a added bonus, when they are not at their desks, they are eating bugs, so we get a tu-for, two kinds of pest taken care of by the same employees. Is that deal, or what?"
So if you are a toad in need of a job, just hop on down to Houston, we will see you there.

Actually, this is getting kinda fun.
If they keep giving me the ammo, why waste the shot?

I am still quite worried toads are too intelligent, because

A) even they know not to stop on the RR tracks..

B) most likely know when they are wrong

C) Don't balme their peoblems on the worng people.

WE Need something dumber...

Like sunflowers, or lemmings.
