rule #2...........

Stop, look and listen is a wonderful theory especially when combined with Cut,Sound and Maintain. Safety is a TWO-WAY Responsibility!!!!
How about we look at both sides for a change. 400 deaths a year are not COMPLETELY attributed to people making a "stupid move". OLI (railroad run) would love for you to think that its ALL the drivers responsibility. DON'T THINK SO!!!!

well no matter what you say you aint swaying nobody opinion here. stop look listen and live is what it is about. look at the few million who do this and then the 400 who didnt. sound like the odds are in favor of stop look listen and live, maybe you should go teach a few idiots this year to do this and then you can cut that down to 300 and claim you did it yourself

Drunk drivers kill a lot more people...and a lot more innocent people. Why aren't you interested in this issue? Drunks do come out of nowhere, but trains never do.

Emory - I asked this once and they wouldn't reply to it. I wish you more progress than I got.

Joe - they probably don't go near trains! Maybe the only daylight they see is thru the bars. I will let you draw your own conclusions.

Well,
Apparently, and evedently, this person thinks that, in their automobile they are unnepitant(sp?), which, obviously gives them right of way on the tracks, should they one day decide to drive down them....you know, the way they do in the movies.....? GOSH, I love Hollywood, don't you?
Anyways, with FANTASTIC lawyers, you can get your surving family a great sum of money...especially if you go on a rr fans web site and harrasse them.
