Jon, not to be rude but you would get a better response by putting this in the correct forum. This section is intended for prototype discussions, not modeling. Fortunately I model in G-scale with remote control so all it took for my activations is metal wheelsets on my equipment to make the connection over both rails and through the necessary relays, just like the prototype.

In HO gauge, I would like to use a pair of NJI crossing gates with an automatic activator, and I want to make it myself. How do I do this? Please post here, or email a response to jez90nj@netscape.net and in the subject put "Crossing Gates"
Thanks!
John
