is a lively collection of opinions, accounts, cheers and jeers about rr-ing in n. cal. (roseville serv. unit, up).. it has been mentioned here previously.. except for the photograph in the middle of the home page, this is very enlightening and a fun-read.. it is certainly not the official position of anyone or anything.. it has links to many unions and rail-related interests.. amtrak has a forum on many levels.. there is the conductor's forum, where a post of guthrie and goodman's 'city of new orleans' shows talent and clever linkage of events from then to now.. looking into every link is a good way to consume a summer; more, if you post on the amtrak forum..
