I would say probably not.Csx runs conrail units on the lead of trains on the old B&O mainline through Defiance.I have also seen a lot of lease units on the mainline as well.

Traveling down US30 along the old Pennsy single track line between Valporaiso and Ft. Wayne,in little town known as Hamlet, IN yesterday and came across a local job picking up and setting out grain cars in this little Northwestern Indiana town, and guess what this "local" had for power, nothing less than TWO ex-Conrail SD80MAC units sub-lettered CSXT. Wow, talk about overkill on power (local had about fifteen to twenty cars, no more). Wonder if these units are considered orphans by CSX these days?
