It looks like one should not rely solely on Google. The answer appears to be Mancini. I also found references to Bowles, who is not a choice.

Well, I have to admit that I tried cheating and did a Google search. I came up with ZILCH, at least along the lines of the choices presented.

I could be wrong myself, but my guess too would be Irving Berlin.

My Dad was a well known radio broadcaster and a musicologist here in my hometown and he had a career in radio that spanned more than 50 years. Dad knew a lot of people in the music and entertainment industry, including Irving Berlin. My Dad would know the answer to this question, but unfortunately he passed away 14 years ago.
