Try downscaling Bellevue yard. Your better off making a yard thats fits your layout. Then add NS locos and cars.

What area are you modeling? Most yards are pretty big so you would have to compress them. I have track plans for several yards. I have a yard on my layout and if I have lots of NS power in the yard then it's a NS yard. It might be better to make a yard that fits you space, and then add NS logos and signage to give it some sense of place.
