Another A/trak Derailment

Unfortunate happenings for Amtrak....and within this hour I just answered a note to a friend relating an experience on Amtrak last week....The California Zephyr from Chicago to California....Had a deluxe sleeper with shower but toilet facilities were not working and they had to go to another car to use facilities.....She said in Salt Lake City the car was "pumped"...so hopefully that cured the problem and then they had to detour for track work..{of course not Amtrak's fault}, but with those kinds of problems and spending 3 nights and 2 days on the train I wonder if they will be repeat customers....Sad, as to me it reflects equipment problems most likely influenced by continuous budget problems .
