New England Cable News (www.necn.com) reporting that a NYC/Boston ACELA train struck a vehicle, killing two persons in the vehicle. This happened in Waterford Conn. Incident is under investigation and reporting that some delays will occurr.

No further information is available at this time (1137 Hrs)
