NS train schedule?

i'm looking for a scehdule for norfolk southern trains, specifically train H65 between allentown PA and NJ. anyone know of anything?

H65 generally leaves Allentown mid to late morning, goes to Washington NJ and returns by evening. Local trains generally don't adhere to much of a schedule. They may not cover their entire route each day, either.

on sunday around 2:00 a hopper train was headed towards allentown from jersey...what was odd about the freight was that 3 nj transit cars were attached to the back of the train...anybody know why?
