does a 0-6-0 pull freight cars or passerger cars in the southern pacific railroad??

An 0-6-0 was used for switching service in yards and sometimes for local freights. With out a leading wheels they where a low speed locomotive.

There is no such thing as a bad day of railfanning. So many trains, so little time.
