Philadelphia-Paoli continuous rail

Just arrived in Birdsboro, Pa a few days ago
Will be here for about three weeks
While passing thru Wynnewood I noticed CWR
alongside the right of way. Any idea when this will be
installed and where between Phi. & Paoli as I
would love to watch the operation.
