IHB 0-8-0
Posted by Anonymous on Wednesday, June 8, 2005 6:45 AM
I am still trying to determine what the 3 circular features on the forward LH side of the IHB 3 cylinder 0-8-0 switcher are.
They are not tiny probably in the order of 8 to 12" in dia and surrounded with rivets. In the picture it looks like they actually may have glass plates in them.
This locomotive has a Franklin booster in the front truck of the tender.
Could these be related to that

Thanks again

Allan
