Canada Topo's.Most of the distribution of government topo maps have gone to private distributors: go to: Natural Resources Canada- - -Canada map Office- - -Topo Map Regional Distribution Centres, then click on the province or nearest city and you will get all the addresses etc.

In Mexico, it's INEGI (Instituto Nacional de Estadistica, Geografia y Informatica, or National Institute for Statictics, Geography, and Information). They're the ones that publi***he topo maps, among other stuff.
Their main website is: www.inegi.gob.mx
The link to their catalog page is: http://www.inegi.gob.mx/prod_serv/contenidos/espanol/catalogo/Default.asp
Unfortunately, it's in Spanish only. There may be an English section, but I haven't found it yet.
Regards
Ed
