This sounded great. The horn was really nice too. Here's a picture of the action.

GE's sound great when they throttle up, but these SD70MAC's are the best! I like to hear any EMD power up. [:)]

Has anybody else noticed that the SD70MAC's are pulling a lot more different types of trains lately when they used to be almost exclusively assigned to coal trains?

Yes I've heard of SD70MACs being stuck on lots of intermodel trains lately.
Jimitrain I'm right with you I love to hear just about any locomotive throttle up! However, I'm going to have to say I love the way the SD80MACs throttle up. 20 cylinders of the 710 working hard, OH YEA!!! I'll lessen to that all day into the night!!
LORD HELP US ALL TO BE ORIGINAL AND NOT CRISPY!!! please? Sarah J.M. Warner conductor CSX

I've also noticed SD70MAC's being assigned to different trains. I've seen them pull Autoracks before, but it was a pair of Executives. I love the horns of the MAC's! [:D]
