Thank you very much, Chris! [:)] The GT went across the bridge, then backed up and came back. I got some really nice shots of it crossing the bridge. Thanks again!

Nick,

Nice pics. Nice to see someone had some good weather over the weekend! Man I remember seeing lots of those GT units out around the Aurora sub all the time. For some reason, whenever I'd go to White Pines near Oregon, IL, I'd always see at least one of them. It has to have been years since I've seen one, now. Good to know that there's at least one still working out there.

I headed out to the Race Track today. The weather was perfect. It was sunny and warm. It was really busy too! Here are some photos that I took today.

http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=108014 GT in it's beautiful blue and red paint scheme crosses the elevated IC Bridge at La Vergne under beautiful blue skies. The GT Blue looks very nice with the blue sky.

http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=108018 Here's a coal train heading west through La Grange with an H2 BNSF Dash 9 and a very nice Santa Fe Warbonnet SD75M. You don't see too many SD75M's on this line!

http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=107999 Here's a westbound stacker running wrong main with a BNSF B40-8W and three BNSF Dash 9's. Here they throttle up through Brookfield.

Thanks for looking! [:)]
