Im sure most engineers would kill me for saying this, but set the hand brakes on the last car or two. that would keep a little drag on the back of the train and help keep the slack pulled out.

I would like some advice on how to control the slack on the frieght trains on the Marias Pass. I get a lot of in train forces.

I would like some adivice on what to do to prevent this.
