River Street Rambler and other NS Switchers

Does NS still run an SW1500 switcher in Savannah Ga. called the "River Street Ramber"? Instead of the normal black & white paint job this engine has a blue/green/orange [I think} with gold trim paint job.
I will be acquiring this and a few other Athearn models for my collection soon.

Also, I would like to know what NS uses for switch engines. Does NS have locos like the SW1500 [my personal favorite.] or road engines assigned to switch jobs?? Just curious. Thanks.
