I can help you a little bit.

The main street running in on 11th street. While I cannot give you the speed limit, I believe it is in the 20mph range. The traffic signals are coordinated for movement of the trains.

It was quite a scene years ago to see the orange intermodal cars gliding thru town. Still a good site today.
