While I have photos with multiple trains, none are over/under. Brian Reply Anonymous Member sinceApril 2003 305,205 posts Posted by Anonymous on Wednesday, April 6, 2005 1:30 AM I've had my share of good and bad photography experiences-one just recently... It was Sunday afternoon three weeks ago and I was outside doing some yard work, when off in the distance I heard a train horn. So I dropped what I was doing, grabbed up my fancy new digital camera, jumped in my truck and took off for the tracks which are about two miles from my house. When I got there, the train was sitting still just behind a hill and out of shot, so I had to sit and waited for it for about 30 minutes. When it finally did emerge, I got so excited that I accidently flipped the on switch to video and missed the whole ---- thing... I almost had all four Class 1's in the shot as well! Now for curiosity's sake, how many have bagged a shot like this??? It took me over 6 years at this location before nailing a winner! (I won't confess how many "near misses" I've seen.....it's depressing) http://anb740.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=110233 Joe H. Joe H.
