Posted by Anonymous on Monday, April 4, 2005 11:31 PM Yesterday on the way to Texas via US 69 in Oklahoma, I saw a coal train heading Southward. How much coal does this track carry, where does it go? and how does it compare to the coal traffic the KCS carries through TX Jct in Blanchard, LA? Also, I saw an advertisement for a "Choo-Choo Cafe." Does such a place still exist and is it any good? I would have investigated further but don't like to eat alone. I think it was near Atoka or McAlester. Finally, on US 82 somewhere near Whitesboro, on the South side of the highway I saw several old cabooses, one from the MKT. What's the story there?
