Attention All Engineers (particularly from Amtrak)
Posted by FThunder11 on Saturday, April 2, 2005 7:21 PM
A few months ago I was looking for some engineers to help me with an interview. I got a response from one in Boston that drove the ACELA EXPRESS. WEll, I'd like to find him again because today I was in Boston and met an Engineer who let me into the cab of an ACELA EXPRESS(It was awsome). I want to find the guy who responded to me here to see if it was the same guy. Thanks, Kevin

its really neat. the controls are actually a lot different from microsoft train simulator. If you want some in cab pics, email me and ill send them to you. Or go to railpictures.net select the Acela and "In-cab photos" and Im known as "AmtrakSWChief"

It's sorta like the cockpit of an F-16 fighter jet. [8D]

amtrak-tom:

Like an F-16, you say? Surely Amtrak will WIN in its funding battles!
