You can easily access either the BNSF or UPRR tracks @ Rochelle. Back beyond the camera there are stairs that go up to sitting area & in that area there is no fence & you are at grade level with the tracks. Uou can also access the tracks from across the tracks from the "gate" you mention. There are also grade crossings on both the BNSF & the UPRR which you also cannot see on the camera so you have plently of warning that a train is approaching. [:o)][8D]
