I have also been busy breaking in a new railfan, Mike Oakes, we have been railfanning 3 or 4 times now and he appears to be hooked, he has joined this forum and will reply shortly! So, let's hear a nice warm Trains.com welcome![:D][:)][:p][}:)][;)][8D]

She went pretty quick, the cancer came back quick and widespread, she deteriorated to the point that she had lost about 60 pounds (she weighed about 70 when the passed) and couldn't eat, she was speaking earlier in the day and started having very laborous breathing about 30 minutes before she passed, I will miss her for a long time, with divorced parents, she was the closest thing to a mom I had.

I cant quite remember if that was the number, I was more concerned with the unpatched C&NW unit that was trailing it. I was actually in the store across the street in the photoshop buying film, and i caught a glimpse of the unit and went frantically running out of the store and over to the truck and grabbed the camera and started clicking away, I think I took the conductor by suprise as as he was passing he leaned out the window and eyed my over pretty good.

Thanks for the welcome everyone, Zach and I went railfanning on the 30th of March and caught 3 trains right before it hailed and stormed, the first train's photos are ok, the other 2 are on the fuzzy side. Zach and I are planning to start a bi-monthly thread and poll of "Railfanning with Zach and Mike". Bergie already said we could do this cheap knockoff. I hope you all will enjoy!
