I would just like to say good luck because your going to need it the Trax beat the cudas 1-7 last night

also when the PA announcer annouced the score of the snakes they cheered and that was the first time they cheered for Columbus and Sunny Purdue said he wanted a GA battle.Let the Battle begin

Go Trax Go Rivard
Macon Trax-the next champion of the SPHL

Well, Oskar, I can't think of a better match up. My team started the season having the brakes beaten off it by your team and ended up the season that way, too. There's a major rivalry that's been going on for years between the two teams.

Naturally, the forces of truth, justice and The American Way shall prevail... after three years of league bottom feeding standings, we in Columbus are ready for a change.

EEEEEEEvil Macon Trax, prepare to be derailed!

well, since you said after 3 years of bottom feeding standings I understand that in the ECHL 01-02 season the cottonmouths went at lease 12 games with out a win now I understand why you guys had Brumbles Fumbles a.k.a. David Brumby he stinks one game he just laid on his side and the columbia player just flipped it over him for a goal but we really needed help in 02-03.then last year I belive you went past us,Now we are kinda like you guys on Friday we got KILLED by Pensacola 8-1 and on Saturday 2-7 at Pensacola the Texas the 2nd worst team beat them.If we fold and turn in to a SPHL team we are probaly do well then the Lynx and Cottonmouths can do some more fighting maybe the Trax too. Then if we do I would have to go back not cheering for the Trax.

PS since you call Macon the EEEEvil Macon Trax what did you call the Lynx

prepare to get killed by the Macon Trax and a SD90 named Ryan Rivard that can fight any Snake

now the Lynx signed Chad Collins and George Nistas from the Fire Ants we signed Collins because both Matus and Jason are banged up and Nistas to replace Todd Bennet who is recovering from a injury and a illness in the Family

It's one heckuva way to end a season, that's for sure.

To put this into a railroad perspective, here's some thoughts on Macon.

1) What do Macon hockey and AMTRAK have in common?
They both run on TRAX.
2) What is different between the Macon TRAX and AMTRAK?
One is a winning team and the other.... sigh.
3) How is funding accomplished for the Macon TRAX and AMTRAK?
One is funded by people who like shooting hockey pucks at a goal, and the other is funded by hockey pucks who like shooting at goals at the cost of people.

4) What similarities are there in the future of the Macon TRAX and AMTRAK?
Both are gonna act like they have been snakebit!

Kevin, when Augusta played Columbus, it was during a LOOOONG dry spell where it didn't matter who played us... we lost. Badly.

But Macon was, is, and always shall be, the center of evil to any loyal Cottonmouth fan!

Kevin,
Just got home and read the sad news concerning the TRAX performance last night against my beloved Cottonmouths. (Columbus won, 5-1, when Macon had the home ice advantage.)

The good news for me is that I have tickets for tonight's game and actual time off to go see it. I just turned off my pager...turned on caller ID... and the Sheriff will have to work awful hard to find me. Hope to see ya there!

Erik
PS If I could figure out how to do it, I'd post the TRAX logo... they have the coolest jerseys in the SPHL.

I am not going but,I will be listening to it and the Lynx game in Gwinnett tonight.Last night sounded like a train wreck I guess they saw one of are 5th season games and wanted to be just like us but last night that was NOT the Macon Trax it was some other team.Macon can call on the Lynx for a goalie if they want to help since we got 3 goalies (Jason Saal,Matus Kostur, and Chad Collins) hopefully Jason because Albany is going to be MAD if they hear that Matus got called down then we are might not have have a partner next year.

Chad did good against Columbia allowing 1 goal and 1 empty net but Saal went in first and let in 3 goal in the first period

also it is a boring and long trip to Columbus the only thing good about is when in the Atlanta area there is a American top 40 station called Star 94 since Y105 is gone and leaves me listening to Rock and NO american top 40 to listen to except when I go to an away game.

kevin
also we are trying to save money but you are welcome to come Augusta during Masters week the NS OCS and CSX OCS trains are comming and there are hockey games Sunday,Tuesday, away game Friday, and the last game Saturday

I had just saw on the Snakes web site that the Snakes has not won a Championship since the 98-99 season when the Snakes where in the CHL when they bear Witchita but that was not at home.

Columbus has 14 Championship teams 12 were baseball (the recent one was the1986 Astros) 2 hockey (last one was yesterday)
