Could somebody please help me find cheap (used) dynamic break systems or a place where to find them for 1,100 hp General Electric 1978 units (GE 11B) and for 825 hp GE U11B, 1978 units?

The Costa Rican RR needs to replace some of its engine's dynamic brake systems and they asked me for help.

Any clue will be appreciated.
