In the past There was a lot of mining activity here. In the shops you will find many steamers (several running), A rotary snowplow, And a SD7 among other things. Several years back there was a runnaway that shut down excoursions for a while. The shops here were used in the filming of the movie "Rat Race" a couple of years back.
