What's the deal with the PL42A's .

NJ Transit is coming out with a new locomotive to replace the old GP-40-PH units but I couldn't find any, train waching at MMC.

Non of the PL42ac's have been deliverd to NJT yet.
All are still in Hornell at Alstom plant.
