Just recently, I visited the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum in Chattanooga, TN. While photographing the local tourist train, I noticed that the coaches' plumbing systems did not comply with EPA regulations of dumping sewage from its trains. Have they secured a waiver? It would be interesting to know how they can legally do this in our environment-concious world.
