TV and RCLX reporting marks

TV and RCLX reporting marks

Hello everyone, I was wondering if any of you know what these two reporting marks stand for, I cant find them anywheres. They are TV and RCLX. Thank you.

RCLX is Railcar Custom Leasing, L.L.C.

I can't find "TV", but if you saw "TVRR" it's the Tulare Valley Railroad.

I just noticed that, at the end there were three cars with TVRR reporting marks. The numbers seemed to be in the same series also.
