"!" Sign on CN

While on a recent railtour over Canadian National track, I noticed a sign board that I had not seen before. It is an exclamation point [!] black on a yellow background near some [but not all] signals. It is on its own post about four - five feet high and the sign itself is perhaps a foot square. Anyone know what this is for?
