Did I hear something about the Buffalo & Pittsburgh running on there now? A few months ago I saw a couple B&P trains on the line and wasn't sure what to make of it.

A few months ago I saw a couple B&P trains on the line and wasn't sure what to make of it. csx leasted the P&W sub to the AVR and the BP back on the 23rd of december of 03... along with the P&W sub..the AVR also took over controll and opporation of glenwood yard and the W&P sub to washington PA...csx still maintains the main track from braddock jct to fields becouse amtrak still uses this line...but all points west of fields are now AVR and BP maintance responsiblitys... the csx AS dispatcher still controlls the railroad as far as running any trains from braddock to P&W jct at new castle...but that is also going to change soon.....also the signal system between fiels and P&W jct is being abandon...its all going dark territory... csx engineer
