Struggling to rebuild..need dollars

Our local RR Line is about to go back to the county for sale and giving property back to local owners...losing the right-of-way permanantly.
Does anyone know of places to get funding for the rebuilding process?
Some practices that have worked for weakly funded projects...ie; cash for RR rides, Haunted Train rides? ebo2u@hotmail.com Clark County Washington
