Procedure XI

Good evening, was lisiting to my scanner today and I heard a train being told to complay with procedure XI. Anyone know what procedure XI is? BTW this was on the UP. Thanks.

Crossing has a damaged crossbuck, stop or yield sign, or vegetation blocking the view of the tracks. Proceed at 15 mph until the crossing is fully occupied. No stop required.
