Here in Southern California, the supposedly live Rochelle webcam is observed at sundown and sundown is in Rochelle at the same time too! Am I missing something, or has TRAINS Magazine performing a time warp miracle?
Make sure the feed is "Live." I watch both cams at Deshler and occasionally the one I don't have up will lag, requiring me to click on the "live" to bring it up to date.
Too - having been to Deshler several times, I know that the cameras can make it look lighter than it actually is.

Thanks for your input and experienced advice!
The TRAINS Forums and other related things have become so erratic and unpredictable of late it is hard to keep up. Apparently, some setting somewhere changed and I got fooled!
Perhaps the best thing for me is to go into hibernation for a while, and when I wake up, if the forums are still here, join in!
If you scroll over the bottom of the image, some info will light up, including the time.
I used to watch Rochelle all the time, not so much anymore, as I focus on Deshler. And the ship cam at Port Huron. Just saw a "footer" (1000+ feet long) go by.
Not sure if that is the same as the Virtual Railfan Rochelle cam, but I've not seen anything like that on the VR site.
