Coos bay RR had ice storm that put many trees onto rail line shutting down the RR until trees cleared.

Ice storms do that - Class 1's or Short Lines.  You deal with it and move on.

What most people call trees, the folks in SW Oregon call shrubs.

Those with aggressive ROW clearing plans can move on much faster.  Same is true for electric companies.
