OK then, I think I am going to poke around a little on this issue.
CMStPnP Some nice shots of the Meridian Speedway which seems to be in good shape judging from the speed of the train in most shots. They need to fix the Mississippi Bridge though............that crawl is a little ridiculously slow. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CsNVev-KNNQ&t=218s

Back in the 1960's, the Detroit Free Press ran a front page feature called "Action Line." Readers would send in their questions about things locally and the paper would investigate and publish the answer.
One Christmas season, a group of fellows who regularly commuted into the city of Detroit via car pool noticed that when they passed a certain house in the morning (ie, while light), there was no evidence of any lights, which you'd expect to see hanging from the eaves (back in the day of big incandescent bulbs).
When they drove home in the afternoon/evening, while it was dark, the lights were shining brightly. How could this be?
The answer was that the homeowner had placed the colored lights inside a translucent square plastic tube. When lit, the color showed through, but in daylight, the lights, which you would expect to see hanging from the eaves, weren't "there."

That looks nice, you should consider jellyfish, far less trouble and they seem to be catching on here in Texas. I am considering for my HOA to save costs long-term with paying someone for setup, take down, etc.
