I think I got a few things right...

Particulary this one.  

Heard:  we have enough crews.

 
Wanted to hear:  We have enough crews.  I know we’ve said it before, but this time you can believe it  - here’s proof, or tell about a new process that tells us how many is enough

There is an important difference:  Back in 2014 NS was trying to move a record amount of traffic for the time - 421.02 billion GTM's (since eclipsed in 2018).  In 2021 NS was struggling to move the 3rd lowest amount of GTM's since 2005 - 363.96 billion GTM's.  The only two lower years were 2009 and 2020.  Pathetic and totally self-inflicted.
