VTG is a German leasing company HQ'ed out of Hamburg. So in that regrd they have many manufacturers that may produce rolling stock for them. That pic you linked appears to be a Trinity product.

Hi all, 

I am trying to find which company manufactureres the VTGX 3 baycovered hoppers. They run past our town frequently. I am guessing they are used for industrial products. Thanks for your time. Here is a link to the a photo of the type.
