You can get there from the 'news' tab, but you have to scroll down and then hit the button for 'load more' (with a number in excess of 22,000).  As of this posting, there are still only four comments.

An email that gives notice of new TRAINS issue was opened and read. Of great interest was a byline under the headline of an article: 

Since comment seemed in order, I logged onto TRAINS to make a comment.  The article is not on the news tab.  Of interest/curiosity is the fact that the article in question had 4 comments
