The Nebraska Public Service Commission worked on complaints against three railroads that were blocking crossings: Union Pacific, Nebraska Central Railroad Company, and BNSF.
UP and NCRC had complaints dropped in September when they worked to stop the blocking, but BNSF continued, so the complaint was not dropped for them until this month.
