How I can't post a comment on the train digest section?  I have tried numberous times and it just won't accept it while others get their comments posted immediately.

To leave a comment on Digest, I have to be logged in.  I type all my comments in Word.  Then I paste them to the Digest comment section.  After adding my comments, I hit the space bar, type a letter, which activates my name, delete the letter, and click on my name to add a comment.

Although I had subscribed to Trains for more than 25 years, I dropped it after I retired, which was more than 15 years ago.  I buy Trains for my Barnes & Noble Nook if it contains at least two articles that interest me.

I stopped all my subscriptions.  I found that I was spending a lot of money on publications when only 10 percent of the material interested me.

On flatcars or by truck, not on their own wheels.  I believe the unloading ramp is not at Skokie Shops. but at the yard, whose name and location I currenlty am missing, near the end of the Englewood branch of the Southside Elevated.

My question for the third time is how does the CTA receive new railcars?

PS the receive notifications check box does not work.
