I don't have any specific information, but from what I know of the territory, I would think most of the lines in Upper Michigan would be under consideration as well as the former Soo Line mainline across Northern Wisconsin through Rhinelander.
I am thinking the former CNW from Neenah to Green Bay might remain CN, maybe as far north as Marinette, as there are several large traffic generators along that line.
I am thinking the former MILW Valley Line also would stay CN at least through Wausau and perhaps to Merrill due to large traffic generators along that stretch.
Branches to Ashland, New London, Shawano, Manitowoc, and the former MILW through Plymouth, all in Wisconsin, are probably also under scrutiny for spinoff.
Those are just a few thoughts for further rumination.
It has been reported CN is looking at chopping lines in Wi & MI anyone have a up date at which trackage they are looking at?
