I wouldn't presume to tell you your business, but I'd keep the vids at the ten to fifteen minute mark, at least for YouTube purposes.
Remember the old show-biz saying, "Always leave 'em wanting more!"
In creating videos - keep the viewer informed of what they are looking at and why the 'oddities' they may see exist and the reasons for their existance.
