The River Line diesel New Jersey Transit interurban between Trenton and Camden has Conrail (Shared Assets) freights with time separation from the daytime and evening NJT trains.
See the Jack May River Line thread on the Transit Forum. Hope to post freight photos in the future.
Thanks for posting this link -- a well-done video. So fun to see freight on the East Troy Railroad. L-9 is still around, and who knows: it could see freight again someday. The interchange is still there and so are the volunteers.
The London and Port Stanley Railway in southwestern Ontario still exists almost in its entirety, albiet in two pieces. The section between London and St. Thomas is owned and operated by CN who serves St. Thomas with a once per day local. The section between St. Thomas and Port Stanley was abandoned in the early 1980s but rebuilt and now hosts tourist trains from the Port Stanley Terminal Railway.

The good ole' Iowa Traction. Seems they have enough spare parts on hand to keep those motors running into the foreseeable future.
